Byte of South is offering an exciting opportunity for aspiring web developers to join as Web Development Interns. If you're an engineering student, MBA student, or someone eager to gain real-world experience in web development, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Internship Responsibilities:
As a Web Development Intern, your main tasks will include:
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of websites and web applications.
- Working on both front-end development (UI/UX) and back-end development (server-side logic).
- Managing and working with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Collaborating with designers and other developers to create high-quality web products.
- Contributing to live projects that will make a real impact.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of at least one server-side language such as PHP, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Bonus Skills (Optional, but advantageous):
- Experience with React or Angular (front-end frameworks).
- Experience with Django or Flask (back-end frameworks).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of Git for version control.
